Changes to Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) attestation tools

From October 7, 2025, the workflow of the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) will change. Microsoft will block orders for net new customer purchases unless one of these methods is used:

  • A new enhanced Partner Attestation API, or
  • Direct customer acceptance

We will integrate the new, enhanced API by October 7, 2025, and more details will be shared with you soon.

For existing customers, please ensure that they have accepted the latest/current MCA.
