As of October 7, 2025, Microsoft will only accept the MCA through a new, enhanced partner attestation API or a direct customer acceptance. Beginning, October 7, 2025 Beginning October 7, 2025, Microsoft will block orders for net new customer purchases unless the customer directly accepts or the partner attests using an enhanced API. The new API is available in sandbox since April 11, 2025, for partners to begin integration and testing, should they wish to continue using partner attestation.
Note: The current API and the Partner Center UX will be retired on October 7, 2025. In addition, after May 7, 2025, the MCA bulk attestation tool will no longer perform bulk attestations and will have a read-only capability.
